TIME FRAME

We strive to get your order out next business day but sometimes that is not possible. Our current shipping timeframe is 1-2 business days with shipments going out Monday-Thursday. If there is a delay we will notify you as soon as possible.  

COST

To simplify shipping costs we have moved to flat rate shipping based on the dollar amount of your order. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. 

HOLIDAYS

Shipments are sent out Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. 

NOTE: If a holiday lands on a Tuesday, orders from the previous weekend and Monday will not ship until the Wednesday following the holiday. If a holiday lands on a Thursday or Friday, orders will not ship out until Monday of the following week. This gives our employees a long holiday weekend to be with their family and loved ones.

 

Returns Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your product AND the price. In order to keep our prices low we DO NOT allow returns or exchanges. Please contact us before you order to make sure the glitter you are ordering will work for what you are wanting. 

LOSS/THEFT

If your order is through UPS it is covered if it is stolen off your porch or lost in transit. Before contacting us make sure it was not left in a different spot than usual. If it is truly lost or stolen please contact us within 14 days and we will file a claim. If the claim is approved, we will replace your order. USPS does not cover stolen items after delivery. If this occurs please take your tracking number to your local post office and talk to the local agent about where it was delivered. You may also contact us within the first 14 days and we can start a claim. If your claim is approved we will replace your order.  

MISTAKES BY US

Mistakes happen. If the mistake was made on our part we will make it right. All you need to do is contact us within the first 14 days after receiving your order and we will send you a return shipping label. Once your order is received into our warehouse we will return your money or send out the correct item.

MISTAKES BY YOU

The biggest mistake we see is the wrong shipping address. If you enter in the wrong shipping address and your order gets returned to us we will contact you to let you know. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days your card will be refunded everything minus a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5). If you still would like your order you may pay for shipping again and we will send your order to the updated shipping address.  

So, please make sure your shipping information is correct.
